I've trained with Mariah for 9 months now and am really happy with my results so far. She's so knowledgeable and you can tell she really puts work in to make effective training programs! I'm so happy with how my features like my butt and legs have toned up since working with her!
I’ve been working with Mariah for more than 2 years and really appreciate how she is improving my overall strength, an important issue, as I am in my sixties. She pushes me to succeed, but in a careful way. She articulates what’s right and wrong and gives good direction on corrections.
As someone who has worked out alone the majority of their adult life I was nervous to be coached and assisted by a trainer, while also starting a workout program with my wife. Not only did Mariah make us feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed into her program but also has challenged and pushed us both physically and mentally. This allowed us a new activity to look forward to and a challenge that has strengthened our relationship as well. We always leave feeling elated, strong, and a little hungry- all necessary for personal growth.
I met Mariah in 2019 when she was training at Gold's Gym in Hollywood. I immediately appreciated her calm energy and lack of intimidation in lifting. I had been a group fitness person but wanted to focus on strength and bone health. I trained with her for five years. She got me through two pregnancies and postpartum periods. I’d still train with her if I hadn’t moved. Mariah is fantastic—reliable and organized. She meets clients where they are and pushes them just past their goals without being oppressive. She continuously takes courses to expand her skillset. Her workouts are functional, interesting, and fun. I always felt the right amount of sore—enough to know I was progressing but not destroyed. She easily modifies exercises when needed, which was essential in pregnancy. She made lifting something I looked forward to—self-care that built my strength.
It has been a goal of mine to train with Mariah ever since I saw my friends working with her, and now I can see why they love her! Her energy, expertise, and encouragement make every session something I look forward to. Each session leaves me feeling stronger—both mentally and physically—as she thoughtfully designs each workout to align with my fitness goals while continuously challenging me to improve. It’s been difficult to find the motivation to work out during my grief journey, but training with Mariah has changed that for me.
